Inba brings 27+ years of corporate and 14+ years of consulting/coaching expertise spanning Organization Development, Learning & Development, and Industrial Relations. Notable in his corporate career, he led initiatives such as setting up manufacturing operations, heading industrial relations, and being the Global Head for Learning & Development at Hewlett-Packard. Since 2009, Inba co-founded People Dimensions@Work, focusing on Organization Development, Leadership & Talent Development, Executive Coaching, and Employee Well-being. A founding member of Coaching Foundation of India, Inba has successfully concluded 60+ Executive Coaching assignments in various sectors. He holds a postgraduate degree from Madras University and is certified in MBTI, EUM-I, FIRO-B, and FIRO Business.
